City Medical, P.C.. was established in 1985.  We are the principal provider of high-quality, community-focused health care for Southgate and Madison Heights, Michigan, and the surrounding community. Our office provides all types of family care and internal medicine services.

Our services include stress tests, x-rays, lab, bone density screenings, Echo's, and dopplers. We are a full service clinic. We do all these procedures on site. We offer physical therapy and chiropractic services. Additionally, we have a cardiologist and general surgeon on staff to help meet your health care needs.

We specialize in car accident injuries, workers compensation injuries, as well as sport injuries. Our doctors are very familiar with alcohol and drug abuse problems. We treat all these problems under one roof.

Our clinics feature comprehensive health care for the entire family. We typically act as personal physicians and develop long-term relationships with patients.

At City Medical, our highly specialized training provides us the expertise to promptly diagnose and treat most medical illnesses, such as severe asthma, emphysema, coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, peptic ulcer disease). Our physicians also manage chronic and often co-existent problems, like high blood pressure, diabetes and elevated cholesterol levels.

Our Southgate Office is open on Saturdays. We do have same-day appointments available at both locations. We do accept walk-ins.
